In a continuing effort to supply diversified technology to the industry, R&D/Leverage® offers the Genesis IBM Hot Runner System. This system is designed for superior performance on Uniloy or Jomar machines.

Uniform block temperature, flow balance, and proper alignment at each nozzle are necessary for high quality containers. Once the Genesis manifold is installed, it does not have to be reset at start up and shut down. The Genesis Hot Runner series accomplishes uniformity and alignment through innovative design and precision manufacturing.
